The TRS webinar funnel, on a surface we own

Nothing here is live and nothing points at any of it. No ad was repointed and nothing was written to GoHighLevel.

Why these exist. GoHighLevel's API has no endpoint that creates, duplicates or edits a funnel page, and the seven-step funnel is built from 55 raw HTML blocks against 8 native builder elements, so not one heading, button or image on it can be edited by an agent. These are the same steps on a surface we control, plus two the funnel does not have at all.

Registration, form-placement arm

The call to action at the phone fold with the form behind it, which is what eight live webinar pages actually do. Variants A, B and C all put a field at the fold instead. Same GoHighLevel form, so a lead lands in the CRM exactly as it does today.

Confirmation for Variant A

Continues the argument that won the registration: it is a load problem, not a discipline problem. Today every registrant from every arm lands on one confirmation page written for the control.

Confirmation for Variant B

Continues Variant B's argument: nothing goes out under your name until you have read it.

After the show, for the room

The funnel has no replay step and nothing at all for after the webinar, and its post-show sales sequence was still a draft on 22 September. This delivers the Tool Map that was promised for staying, then carries the offer.

After the show, for the no-shows

On a webinar list this is most of the people who registered. The argument is made again in two minutes before any offer appears, and it does not pretend a replay exists, because the funnel cannot honour one.

The show itself

The funnel has seven steps and not one is a webinar player. The free seat is sent to a bare YouTube page, with YouTube's recommendations down the side and no way to put the offer on screen when Preston says the words. Same stream, our surface.
